We only offer Halal and permissible products.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos or videos.
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed fairly and promptly.
We do not engage in fraud, deception, interest (Riba), or any prohibited business practices.

يمكن إرجاع المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام إذا كانت غير مستخدمة وفي عبوتها الأصلية.
إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو معيبًا أو غير صحيح، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة مع صور أو فيديو.
سيتم معالجة طلبات الاسترداد أو الاستبدال المعتمدة بعدل وسرعة.
